The land we survey guides its development.
We allow the natural landscape of Appalachia to shape our communities because we know that what draws you to these mountains is the land itself.

Dallas is a native of Western North Carolina, born and raised in the Hendersonville area. His career journey began as a young boy, when he cleaned debris from his father's construction sites. His father operated a highly successful business for over 43 years; Dallas still leans on his father's expertise to this day.
After high school, Dallas attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with a concentration in Land Development Planning. Upon graduating, he relocated back to the mountains of North Carolina—a place he will forever call home. He began his engineering career in Asheville, North Carolina, working as an AutoCAD technician for a civil and environmental engineering company. That first job opened many doors for him, expanding his horizons and providing him with a variety of work-related experiences. He gained extensive insight into residential, commercial, and industrial infrastructure design and construction phases.
The blend of Dallas's education and life experiences has laid a solid foundation for his real estate career, which began in 2017 with Ducote Property Group, which prides itself on providing exceptional customer service. Before switching to RE/MAX Results in March 2024, he was honored to be named the #1 individual agent at the Hendersonville Keller Williams office for 2021, 2022, and 2023. As the business continues to grow, Dallas and his team take pride in the personal relationships they build with their clients, prioritizing them as their top focus.
